Our client is hiring a National Sales Manager to be based near a major airport within the USA. This candidate will execute the strategy for the key account team. Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives. They will drive sales initiatives across the U.S. and help negotiate key deals and build relationships with leading biopharmaceutical companies. Experience in field sales management within the biopharmaceutical marketplace.
Requirements include:
- B.S. degree or higher
- Sales leadership experience within the biopharmaceutical marketplace
- Proven success in sales and sales management
- Experience in forecasting, road mapping, and strategic planning for top accounts
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations with key accounts, follow industry trends and market analysis by developing new SOPs to improve sales and brand awareness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High accountability and ability to drive growth
- Excellent communication skills
- No issues with overnight travel
- Based near a major airport
